Burning Man - 2015

Burning Man definitely gets a lot of attention; everyone has an opinion on this wild event in the desert.  I always found it fascinating especially after seeing all the pictures and videos (which obviously don't do it justice) of what seemed like a place unlike anything else on this planet.  And it is.  You will see/experience things at Black Rock that cannot be experienced anywhere else.

It's not all hippies and "bartering" - in fact it's not even close to that.  I firmly believe that anyone who is even slightly open-minded would enjoy themselves here, there is truly something for everyone.  Some of my highlights included: sunrises & sunsets on deep playa, movie theater in deep playa, riding art cars, boutique shops, steam bath, late night popcorn stand, roller skating, and talking to god.  There is so much that I hadn't been able to do or see during the week, but that is also the appeal of Burning Man.  You must succumb to never-ending FOMO!
