Ireland & Scotland - Dec 2014

Despite the cold and wet weather, Ireland & Scotland still remain beautiful in December.  We rented a car in both countries and were able to visit many of the top destinations including Dublin, the Cliffs of Moher, Isle of Skye, Glasgow, and even the sister city of my small hometown.  Driving on the opposite side of the road did create some exciting moments but no major injuries were sustained.

One of the highlights was definitely playing St. Andrews Golf Links in Scotland which is famously known as the home of golf.  Even in the cold, blistering wind, playing this iconic course is definitely a bucket list experience.  I also had a local Scottish caddie who had been carrying golf clubs there his entire life.
